Marius
is the MD of DCT Consulting, and has more than 15 years experience
in the field of Development, Consulting and Training. Marius obtained
a Bachelors Degree & Honors Degree in Psychology from the
University of Pretoria as well as an Honors Degree and a Masters
Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
Apart from a variety of other training programs he is qualified
as a systems-psychodynamic consultant, a NLP practitioner &
a hypnotherapist.
His has extensive experience in the fields of organizational development,
leadership, diversity, transformation, and personal development.
He has done extensive research in the field of diversity and has
written several articles on South African Diversity Dynamics.
He has been a driving force behind the creation of various National
& International events such as “The Power of Adventure”,
“The Diversity Indaba”, “The Adventure Experiential
Learning Conference”, and ‘The Robben Island Diversity
Experience”.
Thabo
Mafomme (Senior Consultant)
Thabo holds a Teachers Diploma, a BA degree in Police Science
from Unisa, a Master degree in Public Administration (MPA) from
the University of Pretoria, and is currently completing a D Phil
in Leadership Performance and Change at the University of Johannesburg.
He specializes in the following areas: Organization Development,
Change & Transformation, Management & Leadership development,
Diversity-related interventions and Team building.
Vuvu
Ncokazi (Senior Consultant)
Vuvu is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Social Worker.
She attained a BA degree in Social Work & B SocSci. HONS degree
in Psychology from the University of Fort Hare and a MSC Clinical
Psychology from MEDUNSA.
She specialises in the following areas: Employee Assistance Services,
Diversity Training and consultation, Advanced group consultation
and facilitation, Organisational diagnosis & Team development,
HIV Management and Training, Trauma debriefing, Life Skills Training
& other Soft skills training.
Lerato
Mabenge (Senior Consultant)
Learato is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She attained a
BA degree from the University of the North, and a BSc Hons Psychology
& MSc Clinical Psychology degree from Medunsa. She also has
various organizational related diplomas and certificates such
as a Human Resource Diploma, Labour Relations Certificate, and
a Certificate in Group Process Consulting. She specializes in
the following fields: Leadership development, Organizational Development,
Diversity & HIV/Aids interventions.
Michelle
May (Senior Consultant)
Michelle is a Registered clinical psychologist and is completing
her PhD in Industrial Psychology. Michelle is a senior lecturer
at the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology
at the University of South Africa. Michelle was one of the starting
members of the Robben Island Diversity Experience. She has been
involved in consultancy through the systems-psychodynamic frame
since 1995 and is an active part of the management and development
of the Institute for the Study of Leadership and Authority (ISLA)
in South Africa. Michelle has received extensive training in the
field of group relations consultation, under which from the Tavistock
Institute (UK), and has also consulted in various programmes of
this nature. Organizational development, Management & leadership
development, Employment Equity & Diversity. She has chaired,
consulted in and designed various workshops in these fields.
Meiring
le Roux
Meiring has a Hons degree (Psychology) from UNISA. He has more
than 15 years experience in the field of management development
(Junior, Middle & Senior) and was also in charge of a management
development college for several years. He specializes in individual
and group related training and development interventions, team
building, Tavistock Interventions, management development and
sports consultation.
Eddie
Machethe
Eddie holds a B.A. Degree, a Higher Education Diploma (H.E.D.)
as well as a B.Ed (Honours in Psychology) from the University
Of the North. He has extensive experience in the following areas:
Employee Assistance Services, Trauma debriefing, Suicide Prevention
and counseling, Organizational development, Team building interventions

Frans Cilliers - MA, Ph.D (PU CHE)
Frans is a Professor at the Department of Industrial and Organizational
Psychology at the University of South Africa. Frans is arguably
the leading figure in terms of systems-psychodynamic group relations
work in South Africa. He has more than 14 years of experience
in consulting from this stance and has been a staff member of
the Tavistock Institute (UK) between 1993 and 1998. Frans has
furthermore been to several advanced programs in this field in
the United States, the United Kingdom, Scotland and Europe. He
has extensive experience in the field of group behaviour and processes
and regularly present scientific papers and publishes articles
in various scientific journals. Frans was one of the starting
members of the Robben Island Diversity Experience and has been
involved in the roles of Director and Assistant-Director.
Vijay
Naidoo
Vijay is currently one of the South Africa’s top consultants
in the fields of diversity and employment equity. Formally she
attained a Hons Degree in Psychology from Unisa. She has attended
and has also being part of consultancy staff on various national
and international group relations events. She specializes in the
fields of Diversity Management, Leadership, Transformation and
organizational behaviour (psychodynamic stance).
