About the programme:

The facilitation skills programme is aimed at any person who will benefit at skills to apply experiential learning when working with groups, when presenting training and when facilitating performance. These facilitation skills can be applied in both structured and unstructured process.

The workshop will cover the following areas:

  • Using experience to facilitate learning
  • Facilitation & processing techniques and skills
  • Designing and planning the group intervention

The workshop outcome:

On completion of the programme participants should be able facilitate an experiential learning process.

  • Manage and design a experiential learning group intervention.

Training methodology:

Teaching by example and experiential learning probably describes the training methodology most accurately. Participants will be actively involved in the learning and be assessed on facilitation techniques during the programme.
As with all DCT training programmes, we strive to effect actual change back at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
