About
the programme:
The
processes used in communication, decision-making, planning, problem
solving, etc will to a large extent influence the effectiveness of interpersonal
relationships. Managers will for instance manage better if the energy
needed for management is not wasted on dysfunctional interaction. This
programme is aimed at assisting participants with establishing effective
interpersonal relationships within their organisations.

will achieve the workshop outcome by:

how to establish effective group processes for communication, planning,
decision-making, problem solving, conflict resolution, etc.

how to utilise interpersonal skills to establish effective one on
one interpersonal relations.

towards team spirit and culture that is aligned with the organisational

interpersonal skills to establish trust within a group and between
individuals.

how to use group affection and cohesion to achieve organisational

Training methodology:
The
methodology is based on interactive learning, i.e. learners will learn
by doing. Furthermore learners will use examples from their own environments,
thus ensuring that the learning is anchored at their workplace. Most of
the interactive learning will take the form of simulated exercises where
participants work towards certain outcomes or demonstrate the skills taught.
As with all DCT training programmes, we strive to effect actual change
back at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
