About
the programme:
The
Process Management Programme is aimed at giving participants the necessary
knowledge and skills in managing and designing functional and human
dynamics processes at the workplace.
Some of the areas covered in this programme are:
-
Decision
making processes such as problem solving, planning, etc.
-
Performance
processes such as strategies and operations.
-
Communication
processes.
-
Sub-conscious
human processes such as forming, storming, norming, performing and
dependency, counter dependency and interdependency.
-
Conflict
interactions.
-
Using
Psychomatics™ to manage processes.
The workshop
outcome:
On completion
of this workshop the participant should be able to apply and practice
effective process management.
Specific outcomes
of the workshop content:
Participants
should achieve the workshop outcome by being able to:
- Design
effective processes through using Psycomatics™
- Understand
the difference between managing functional processes and managing human
dynamics processes.
- Identify
the different types of processes and practically apply the management
thereof.
Training methodology:
The methodology
is based on interactive learning, i.e. learners will learn by doing. Furthermore
learners will use examples from their own environments, thus ensuring
that the learning is anchored at their workplace. Most of the interactive
learning will take the form of simulated exercises where participants
negotiate towards certain outcomes or demonstrate the skills taught.
As with all DCT training programmes, we strive to effect actual change
back at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
