Training methodology:
The
methodology is based on interactive learning, i.e. learners will learn
by doing. Furthermore learners will use examples from their own organisations,
thus ensuring that the learning is anchored at their workplace.
Theory
will be firmly based on the practical application of concepts in reality.
Theory will be supported by case studies of actual projects that learners
are working on.
As
with all DCT training programmes, we strive to effect actual change back
at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
Assessment
method:
Those
embarking on this learning journey will be assessed by means of learning
activities, written assignments and a portfolio. This portfolio of evidence
must incorporate the essential principles and concepts addressed during
this learning guide and must be handed in according to the negotiated
schedule.
