Power, authority, time and task are also important dimensions of this programme.

The workshop outcome:

Providing senior managers with the skills and knowledge to manage their teams and organisational outcomes effectively within their workplace.

Specific outcomes of the workshop content:

Specific outcomes are taken from unit standards registered on the NQF to ensure that learners can acquire credits towards full qualifications. These unit standards are given at the intro of this document. The specific outcomes can be added to, to address specific organisational needs.

Included:

  • All programme materials and hand-outs
  • Marking of assignments
  • Issuing of certificate after completion of programme
  • Record keeping of all results and assessments in order for participants to receive credits towards registered qualifications.

Training methodology:

The methodology is a combination of teaching and experiential learning. The methodology is based on interactive learning, i.e. learners will learn by doing. Furthermore learners will use examples from their own organisations, thus ensuring that the learning is anchored at their workplace.
As with all DCT training programmes, we strive to effect actual change back at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
