About
the programme:
The
Senior Management Skills Development Programme is designed to give participants
the necessary managerial and leadership skills to function strategically
in a dynamic environment. The challenge for senior managers is to function
strategically whilst not loosing touch with the practical side of organisational
operations. Power, authority, time and task are also important dimensions
of this programme.
